How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order online through our website at www.cotonly.com.

Do I Need To Create An Account To Order Online?
While we do encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering, you can always place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Buy It Now” when checking out to complete your order without an account.

I’ve Forgotten My Account’s Password. What Should I Do?

Simply select “forgot password” on the “Sign In” screen and enter the email address associated with your online account. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password soon after.

How Do I Know If An Item Is In Stock?

If you’re able to add an item to your cart on our website, it should be available to purchase! If an item is unavailable, you will not be able to add it to your cart or to check out.

How Will I Know If Cotonly Has Received My Order?

For all orders with Cotonly, you should receive an email from us shortly after submission. Please check your spam or All Mail folder to check our emails if you don't see an email in your inbox. If you’re unsure of whether your order was submitted, please contact us shop@cotonly.com and we’d be happy to check for you!

Shipping & Returns:

When shipping within the continental United States, our standard shipping takes from seven to ten business days to arrive after the date your order was placed.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can start a return from your order information page or you can contact us at shop@cotonly.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I Have A Defective Item. What Do I Do?
We are so sorry that you received a defective product! Please contact us directly at shop@cotonly.com so we can arrange either a replacement product to be sent to you or a credit for the item.
